3. Returns & Exchanges
• No Reasonable Return/Exchange : Given the handmade nature of our products and thin profit margins, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
• Quality Issue Claims: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Product Disclaimer
• Our products are handmade, so minor imperfections (e.g., slight glue marks, subtle color variations) are normal and not considered quality defects. Perfectionists are advised to purchase with caution.
• Product images are taken in kind, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Given that all our products are custom-made and tailored to individual requirements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
• Manufacturing Defect Claims
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or repair.
• Non-Quality Issue Requests
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for reasons such as changes in mind, perceived minor imperfections (inherent in handmade/crafted items), or differences in color perception (images are for reference; slight variations may occur in custom production).
